A lot of teens that I talk to get hung up on what to start, whether they're looking at starting a side hustle to earn some extra income or whether they're trying to figure out what to do for a career. That question needs to be answered on an individual basis; there is no one-size-fits-all answer for the "what do I do with my life" question.
One of the things I like to do when helping teens figure out the direction they want to go in their life and their career is with the DISC assessment
The DISC Model of Human Behavior is essentially a personality assessment. This assessment does not put you in a box, but is simply a model of human behavior that helps you to better understand yourself, so you can use that understanding to chart the course of your career.
