Impact is what we're all about here at the team catalyst podcast, creating lives that impact the world because we're all creatives we were created to create.

We're made in the image of God, who is a creator and we're made to create, and we have the ability, the privilege of creating the life that we want to live the life that brings us fulfillment and joy in. So often comes through the greatest joy and fulfillment comes through impacting the lives of other people.

It comes through stepping in and filling a need for others through creating positive impact. I'll say that again, success is not measured in the amount of dollars you make, but in the amount of lives you impact.

So, what exactly does it take to create impact? You've probably often heard me say if you've been around for any amount of time that I've identified five keys to an impactful life and career, that's your mindset? It's your relationship? Your health, your wealth and your purpose. When you can identify those five things, when you can build those up to where you want them to be, to where you're happy and comfortable with, where each of those things are, you have the ingredients, you have the makings of a massively impactful life, a life that can change the world.

So many times people like to separate their life and their career. Like I've got my life over here. I've got my career over here and never the Twain shall meet. But when you take these ingredients, you take those keys to an impactful life and you use those to identify. You know, the things that you're good at, you, you identify your strengths, you identify the gifts and talents and abilities that you've got you build on your relationships.
